OK, there is the bladder but it can be thought of as a storage bag that has to be emptied when full. No, urine comes from the kidneys. These are essential organs whose role, among others:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">to cleanse the blood of toxic waste (urea, creatine, etc.)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">to balance the presence of certain elements that the body needs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">to maintain the right amount of water in the body.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In short, the kidneys reject what is superfluous: water and excess minerals (potassium, sodium, calcium\u2026) as well as toxins. This all forms urine which will be transported to the bladder via the ureters.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In other words, the kidneys are filters of blood.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">However, we have 4 to 6 liters of it in the body, and every day, about 1,500 liters of blood pass through the kidneys!<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It is an understatement to say their importance.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">And the cold in all of this? I\u2019m coming.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">We have the ability to maintain our body temperature at 37 \u00b0 C,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000;\">whatever the external conditions: we are homeothermic beings.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Most of the heat exchange<\/strong>\u00a0takes place in the skin and extremities of the limbs. The blood which irrigates them cools on contact with the surrounding environment and carries this cold inside the body.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">In summer it is not annoying (on the contrary) but in winter it can be dangerous. To limit these exchanges, a small region of our brain, the hypothalamus, controls the contraction of peripheral blood vessels. But our blood volume is constant.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">It must go somewhere else, that is to say to the vital internal organs such as the heart, the brain and\u2026 the kidneys to the detriment of the peripheral members (feet, hands, nose, ears\u2026).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">The kidneys then filter more blood and send more urine to the bladder, which must empty more often. In short, we pee more when we freeze our noses. This also means that it is better for the child\u2019s room not to be too cold at night otherwise he may want to pee more often.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">But you will have to get out of bed and face the cold.
